Standard Theme Is My Blogging Theme

If you have visited Pulpit 2 Pew before, then you recognize that the site has been overhauled.  I am excited about the new look, the new functionality and the ease of use for me.  I hope you will find the changes appealing and helpful for you.  It loads faster and the navigation should be easier.

All of this is possible because of the folks who have created Standard Theme.  This theme is already being recognized as one of the elite themes in the blogging industry.  My journey with blogging began at the urging of a friend, Todd Littleton of The Edge of the Inside.  I began using a simplistic Blogger format.  Later I migrated to a free WordPress theme, then to a premium WordPress theme.  Nothing comes close to what I think of my new theme.

Surprise Videos on P2P

Periodically, I will place a video on Pulpit 2 Pew in the media box at the top right of the website.  I will not always post an article about the video, so you will need to check in periodically.  When a video is not there, you will probably be seeing some random photos from my life.

The first video is Carrie Underwood singing How Great Thou Art at the Grand Ole Opry.  Why?  Because she is from Oklahoma and can sing.

Beacon Ad Network Is My Ad Network

Pulpit 2 Pew is a labor of love for me.  I have been encouraged by the comments and emails from some who have read this blog.  I have been surprised at the number of people from all over the world who read and/or follow this blog.  I have had readers from over 90 countries with the top 5 countries being:

  1. USA
  2. United Kingdom
  3. Canada
  4. Australia
  5. Belgium

During the time of my blogging, I have made a few bucks off of search engines or referring readers to purchase books or other products.  I am now moving into a new emphasis of working with “Premium Sponsors.”

Premium Sponsors can put their ad or logo on my blog for as little as 33 cents a day.  I currently have 3 “advertise here” spots available.  One is on the left sidebar.  Another is on the right sidebar.  The final one is at the end of each article.  For those few cents a day, you can make your website aware to my readers.  If you decide to promote your site via one of these sponsorship ads, I will also include a post about your site or product.

I am using Beacon Ad Network to manage my ads.  Beacon focuses on Christian sites and advertisers.  They are now managing ads for some of the biggest and best Christian websites.  They are currently managing ads for 68 different sites.  At present you can purchase ad space for as much as $600 per ad.  Why not try out advertising on Pulpit 2 Pew for only $10-20 a month (depending on ad size and location)?

Click on the image at top or this link to see information on advertising on my site.  Thanks so very much.
